A problem of stationary vertical distribution of saturated moist air thermodynamic parameters that takes place for example in a wall cloud of tropical cyclone is considered. Based on these distributions cloud growth dynamics problem is also considered. The heat and moisture fluxes from the ocean surface are determined by the wind and temperature difference and under cloud layer condition and last after cloud air formation offset. They change condition of the cloud and under cloud layer. Coexistence and interaction of the two different regions demand additional conditions. We suppose temperature and moisture continuity at the lower cloud boundary. A problem of clouds formation over the warmer ocean with account of water phase transformations is considered in the present study. The cloud boundaries (the upper and the lower) in process are determined and the temperature and moisture profiles in the cloud. The lower cloud boundary dipping is determined with the use of the under cloud moisture. Approximate analytical model of these processes is formulated and the complete equations are solved numerically. Approximate equations govern well the vertical cloud structure. Altitude moisture scale is three times less than the altitude temperature scale.
