Visa

 

A visa to enter Russia is required for most foreign participants. The Organizing Committee provides visa support for participants registered. For these participants OC will send out official invitations in the period from September 15 till 30, 2013 to be submitted by you to the Russian consulate in your country. Alternatively, a touristic visa to Russia can be obtained with a prepaid voucher from many hotels (you can receive this information in concrete hotel, please, see  list of Moscow hotels). Participants are encouraged to apply for the visa well in advance in order to avoid last minute problems.
